Walking has to
one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to get some exercise either alone or with a friend. This is a great

relatively low impact also and so there is less likely to be injury to tendons and joints than running, or some
other more vigorous activity. How-ever you can incorporate your walk into a game of golf, or a stroll down the

to double the impact of your walk then look at what you are eating. If you can eat more fruit it will make you feel

meals incorporating lots of vegetables, but avoid the thought of missing a meal out all together as your body is
likely to compensate for the lack of food by hanging on to calories.

Finally keep that
water intake up, it keeps the body hydrated and functioning correctly, and it will also take away some of those
